Kendra was amazing to work with. She thought of all of the things that we did not know to ask. There were a few small items that needed repair, and she worked with the seller to have everything perfect for us by the time we closed. She is a complete professional and a sweetheart, available at all hours, and we could not have asked for a better home buying experience than the one she guided us through. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

This past March my wife and I were at our home when a tornado hit. Our house was destroyed. Walls falling down, huge holes in the roof, and a trampoline jammed so hard on the roof that it will be here for the next tornado. We needed a new house and fast. Kendra helped us through the entire process and put up with all my questions all the time. We came across her by chance, she was showing us a house and was very knowledgeable about the whole process, we turned around and asked her to represent us. She then started showing us homes that were more of an interest to us than we were able to find ourselves. It didn't take long before she landed on the house that would soon become ours. She was always available when we needed her and was able to answer every question. It was a great experience working with her. My wife and I would recommend her to anyone we come across that are looking to purchase a home. What a wonderful job she did.

Kendra is so easy to work with, and made communication easy. I can’t speak highly enough of her! Her professionalism, knowledge, integrity and hard work ethic is very much appreciated. When I requested information, she provided it, when I communicated that we can close her clients' loan early, she got on the phone and discussed it with them and made it happen. Our time with Kendra was great! She worked super hard for us. She cried with us when things didn’t go right and rejoiced with us when everything worked out. Most importantly Kendra fought for every detail we wanted in our new home. It was like she shared in everything we did! Our time with her helping us buy our home was special!

At first we tried selling our house by owner and, as you can imagine, had a terrible experience, so we then listed with Kendra. She was a miracle worker and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, even when our closing was pushed back because of Hurricane Ida. And we felt the same when we bought our new house! It was a HUD home which was a whole different process with so much extra paperwork and hoops she had to jump through and of course she did it with a smile, keeping us sane the whole way. Even on closing day when the seller still hadn’t submitted part of their paperwork, she and the title company worked their butts off to get it in so we still got to close! She has taken such good care of us and made us feel comfortable and excited throughout the entire buying and selling process. She’s professional, knowledgeable, warm, transparent, thoughtful, persistent, responsive, I could go on and on! We are endlessly grateful and would recommend her over and over again!

Kendra is super knowledgeable and knows the ropes so well. Her expertise helped me navigate the tumultuous road of buying a home in a crazy real estate market. Kendra was amazing! She sent a professional photographer who posted beautiful photos within 24 hours of the listing. We had 3 showings scheduled about an hour after the post and then a buyer within a week! All along the way, Kendra was attentive, patiently answered questions and was easy to get in contact with. So grateful for this wonderful experience!

I can not say enough great things about Kendra. She is knowledgeable, caring and fierce! Not only did she help us sell our home for more than I could have ever dreamed with her tips.....she took us to see homes to ultimately end up in a dream neighborhood building our own home. Representing buyers in the 2021 market is no easy feat, which was made even more difficult by my wife and I's very particular locations that we were searching for. Kendra never once waivered and was always available to us when needed, helping us with gathering disclosures, providing helpful alternatives, and above all being patient with us. Kendra helped our children buy their first home and relocate to New Orleans. Having grown up in New Orleans, she has a wealth of information about the town and the personalities of the various neighborhoods. She went out of her way to be available to help them find exactly the right home and neighborhood and patiently walked through the process with them — careful to watch out for their interests in a very interesting/crazy sellers market. She’s a joy, has integrity, lots of energy and is trustworthy! I highly recommend her!

We were out of town much of the time and she went above and beyond to check on our property to ensure everything was in order, including a check to be sure there was no gas leak and one to ensure the new sod was adequately watered.
